The originater of the well-understandn party game Cards Agetst Humanity is suing SpaceX for $15m over claims Elon Musk’s company trespassed and injured a plot of its land.
A litigation filed in Texas alleges SpaceX treated a plot of land owned by Cards Agetst Humanity as essentiassociate its own for at least the past six months.
The company achieved a plot of land in Cameron County in 2017 as part of a stunt to stop then plivent Donald Trump from originateing a border wall in the area between the US and Mexico.
It was achieved after 150,000 subscribers phelp $15 to their Cards Agetst Humanity Saves America campaign.
The litigation shelp Cards Agetst Humanity – referred to as CAH in lhorrible filings – “achieved the Property for the sole purpose of ensuring that it would stay that way” and inserted: “SpaceX’s misengage of this Property has not only annihilateed its authentic condition, but has also caengaged even fantasticer harm to CAH by virtue of the injure it has caengaged to CAH’s relationship with its paying helpers.”
In a statement thraw their Saves America campaign, Cards Agetst Humanity shelp SpaceX “f***ed” the land and alleged Mr Musk “figured he could fair dump his shit all over our gorgeous plot of land without asking”.
The Chicago-based company then claimed “SpaceX gave us a 12-hour ultimatum to adselect a lowball provide for less than half our land’s cherish” after they seed the alleged trespass on their land. They shelp they deteriorated the provide before filing the suit.
On a website – titled elonowesyou100dollars – the card company shelp it was seeking $15m in injures and provideed the innovative subscribers to the Save America campaign $100 should they thrive the claim.

They also referenced a Reuters recents agency inestablish into SpaceX’s rapid lengthenment in the south Texas areas where it functions, in which some locals criticised the company for ununfragmentary and unverifyed property and administerment dealings.
SpaceX begined operating in Texas in 2003. In recent months, Mr Musk has stated he would shift more of his businesses to the state.
Neither SpaceX nor Mr Musk have commented disclosely on the matter. Sky News has communicateed SpaceX for comment.
